The GEO Group Australia interview questions

1. 5 hour psychometric test - there was maths involved (timed) however most of it is multiple choice (not timed). Half way through they sent over 10 people home. There was about 25 of us in the room. You sit on your own computer and complete the questions. If you pass then you get to book an interview. You will be notified via email. Took about 2 weeks. 2. Interview process took approx 45 min 3. Medical and Fitness assessment if you pass the interview

Initial short written questionnaire based on common IT technologies and principals followed by a brief practical exercise to fix a problem. Then an interview with a panel of 3 personnel that included the IT person, HR Manager and Finance person who each took turns to ask questions in relation to their department and how it relates to IT.
