I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The GIANT Company (Reading, PA) in June 2014
Interview
I didn't have much of an interview. My brother had been working at the same store for a while before me and was liked by the managers. He let them know when I had put in my application and they called me to come in for an interview/filling out paperwork. Upon sitting down with the hiring manager I realized I pretty much already had the job. By the time I left I was all set up to do my training the next day. Tip: know someone who works there and it'll be easy to get the job.
Was good the company benefits was exceptional and interviewers were all nice and friendly and informative and encouraging and I just can’t wait to join them. Also I am grateful to have been given a chance to join this place cos of the working hours
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The GIANT Company (Danville, PA) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process from application to start date was very quick. Typical interview questions. Hiring manager was responsive and pleasant to talk with. Overall, very good experience with the interview process.
I interviewed at The GIANT Company (West Grove, PA)
Interview
It was straightforward and simple for an entry level position. I was one of many high school and college age students that worked there part time, so it was a basic process of asking if you can work the hours, show up on time, and be presentable. You were brought up to a manager's office and asked the basic questions, nothing too crazy since it's a position that doesn't require skills or previous experience.
