The interview consisted of mostly being told about the position and what my role would be within the store. I was also told about the clientele and how my role would change based on that clientele. We then chatted a little bit about my past experience in other grocery stores.

I applied online and got a call to schedule an on site interview. The interview was fairly short and basically just asked character questions. No experience was necessary for the position. After a few short questions from the HR representative, they made an offer on the spot.
