The Gardner School interview questions

Very relaxed and easy going. It was very pleasant. The school was amazing, they have a great space and a very good set up. The director was very enthusiastic and you can tell she cares about her job and the school.

Very easy interview. Heard back and was hired within the next day. Basic questions like strengths and weaknesses, experience working with children, your overall values. No drug test done, background check was done after being hired
