The interview process was good. I just met with the Guest Services manager. She was very nice and was very clear with what they were looking for. The Guest Services manager called me first, and asked me some basic questions before she set up a time with me to come in and meet with her.

How I would handle certain situations. She asked about past positions, what I liked and didn't like about them. She asked about availability as well.
