It was an extremely laid back interview process. I met with the main manager for a few minutes as well as the younger shift leader. They asked me very basic questions about my serving experience and when I was available. It was the easiest interview I’ve ever been apart of.

Conversational, easy going, and offered job on the spot. I interviewed at a time that they were severely understaffed so I feel I was at a good position to get hired.

Interview
Full interview scheduled, immediate hire after giving availability and previous experience. The hiring manager gave me a brief run down of each position. I was offered the server position as I had morning availability. The interview was about 20 minutes and then they schedule a second orientation which is when you fill out all of your paper work and it is about an hour long.
