3 step process - started with a hiring screening call, first round interview with hiring manager and Group tribe lead ending with a case study presentation. The process was efficient and pleasant.

Demonstrating product thinking through a case study was a key part of the process
straight forward process but it was taking a lot of time from step to step. I guess it has to do with the fact that such a company has a lot of applicants to review and process.
