After the CV review I was invited to complete online tests (numerical, verbal and logical). Then I proceeded to the phone interview that consisted of standard past experience questions, as well as some company/role knowledge and motivation questions.
Then after completing a personality test, I had the face-to-face interview where the questions where mainly based on my CV, the results of the personality test and my motivation for the role.
The next step before the assessment centre was completing a video interview (not live). The questions here were more specific to my function. However, I found them quite confusing (language barrier, bad syntax?). The video and sound quality did not help.
I was not invited to the assessment centre.
I was disappointed that the video interview, which can be extremely awkward and unnatural, came at such a late stage.
