Interview
Interview was straight forwards, Technical round with discipline leads and followed by HR . Each sessions lasted for 30 mins . Interview was done online (though I am in Amsterdam). Technical round was bit cynical when compared to HR one.

Question 1
General one: What would be handle difficult people ? Introduce yourself , what you are doing in your current job? Cynical one : How could you have worked on three automation system at current job (Siemens, AB, Delta) ? My mind: there are companies called integrator ,who had opportunity to work on multiple systems.
