Interview process is very simple. First interview by store manager and second interview by area manager. Asked some basic questions. Also they explained what will be the job and procedure of floor and product training. Asked any holidays booked, Explain about minimum wage and how commission worked.
Easy quick and pleasant. Good communication and makes you feel at ease from the start. Ask you all the relevant question sand give you a chance to really sell yourself
