The Hoffman Agency interview questions

My Hoffman interview felt surprisingly relaxed, nothing too serious. I met the people I'd actually be working with directly, which made the whole conversation feel genuine, grounded, and refreshingly human.

30-min interview covering work experience and reasons of transition. I was told that I'd be given a 2nd round interview with higher-ups and a written test should the 1st interview result was approved of after their internal decision. Unfortunately my work experience didn't match their qualifications and they didn't find me fit for their opened position.
