The Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa interview questions

The interview process was quick. The HR manager is extremely nice and understanding. She’s also very thorough with outlining the benefits and wages. I can tell there was transparency throughout the whole process. There’s a time sensitive drug test that needs to be completed as part of the onboarding process.

Multiple long interviews but I felt there were many opportunities to express myself, share stories and show my strengths. The amount of interviews can be intimidating. Met with at least 3 different departments and knowledge of the campus helped.
