I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Hyde Group(London) (London, England) in July 2025
Interview
Very engaging, informative, good communication and prompt decision.
The experience was delightful right from the start. They took the psychometric test to start with, which is a decent expectation to make the process seamless. The talented talent acquisition manager gave all the relevant information, the interviewers were very engaging, asked competency based questions, and answered all my questions as best as they could with appropriate transparency.
They made a prompt decision, without me having to wait for days and weeks, accounting from my responses during the interview, aligned experience and psychometric test results.
I particularly appreciated the offer made instantly and contract signed within couple of days.
Overall a seamless process, respecting candidate's time and leaving an impressive experience, where I was delighted to associate with them.
