I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at The Icee Company (Sioux Falls, SD) in June 2025
Interview
Pretty simple process, you start off with a phone interview. Pretty simple questions anyone could answer. I enjoyed talking with Barbara. We talked for quite a while about many things and she made the process go very quickly and smoothly. I was able to understand the job well after our interview. I had a 2nd with Bray and we talked about experience with previous jobs and I got a deep understanding of the job I’ll be working everyday.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Icee Company (Novi, MI) in Sept 2024
Interview
The process was very though out. Every step had intent. I felt my self being extremely open and honest with my answers. The interviewers, did not try to make everything gumdrops and rainbows. After the first interview, I knew something was different about The ICEE Company. The company culture showed though! I could see what they were looking for and wanted to be a part of it. After the final interview, I was locked in and ready to go! The process is a little frustrating, until you understand the goal. Then it becomes crystal clear. That when I knew for sure, I belonged at The ICEE Company!
