I applied online. I interviewed at The Icon Groups (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2017
Interview
It seems legit but it is sketchy when you show up and everyone is SUPER young like right out of college (even the boss). They tell you that you are promoted based on merit... They tell you it is an outsource sales and marketing company and what that really means is that you are SELLING AT&T DOOR TO DOOR. I went on a ride-along (before which we all met and did pump up chants standing in a circle) and then dropped out. The whole thing felt fake like a huge pyramid scheme... No benefits and no base salary... no thank you...

Second round interview is a job shadow. Super fun, just hanging out and speaking with customers. At lunch they explain a lot more of the training program and the structure of the company. You get to see the whole system in work throughout the day, so you really get an idea if it's a good fit for you.
