Interview
Casual and only asked surface level questions on comfort and capabilities. Questions such as: how do you feel approaching customers, working the cash register, working on your feet, and other similar questions.

Basic, simple questions. Asked strengths and weaknesses, why I want to work in Retail. Also asked me if I had worked in any other retail type of job before. It was super chill they just wanted to feel about my personality.
