It was smooth and full of details, They asked me tons of questions, including about my general interests, about what I like about Smuckers and why do I want to change jobs.
Didn't get job offer, because recruiter mentioned that they already fell in love with somebody else, couple of weeks later I see again the same exact job posting-still looking.

What is the worst marketing campaign you've seen recently?
I liked that they had 4 separate interviews scheduled over 4 hours. Much nicer than a panel or firing squad. It reminded me of going office to office when in-person was a thing.

Interview
Had the first interview with HR, felt like it went well. My resume fit the exactly what they were looking for but never got a call back. Week later it was announced that there were major cuts because Smuckers didn't hit their quarterly numbers so don't know if that had anything to do with it.
