Applied online & after 3-4 weeks, got a call to interview in-person. Interview went well, professional yet relaxed. Turned out to be more of a residential / apartment maintenance job and my background is commercial. Beautiful, new facilities and everyone seemed pretty nice, just wasn't able to meet my basic salary demands.
