I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. It consisted of multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, small team, and larger team. The whole process took the typical amount of time I have experienced in the past when starting a new position.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University
Interview
The phone call and in person interviews with division leaders were great, but the entire process took months due to a slow Human Resources dept. From final interview to first day was three and a half months!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University in July 2023
Interview
The process took about a month. I applied online and participated in two interviews via Zoom, each lasting about an hour. After that, I never heard back. Not even a courtesy email.
After being scheduled for an interview, I did attend it and it lasted for an hour. My experience was average. But what I can not understand and cannot stand is the ghosting after that. I must have sent two follow up emails but nobody ever answered. I understand people being busy but it takes respect and consideration to simply respond and give an update ( positive or negative). But just give an update and treat people with respect!
