I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Jonah Group (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2018
Interview
1 phone interview, 1 in-person hour long coding challenge. The phone interview was easy, typical HR questions and the lady was nice. The coding challenge was undoubtedly the worst interview I have ever experienced. Not because the coding challenge was hard, but because the laptop they gave me to complete the challenge lagged every couple of seconds. I couldn't even finish typing a line of code without having to wait several seconds for the lag to stop. Even with the laggy laptop I still felt I completed most of the challenge correctly, but I'm pretty sure they look for completion (even though they tell you they don't). I'm glad I didn't get an offer from this place. The amount of frustration I had during the coding challenge made me realise that if they can't even provide decent equipment for their interviews then it's not somewhere I want to work for.

Interview
Phone Screen -> On-site Coding challenge -> On-Site Interview. Coding challenge is only 1 hour long and you will have multiple choices. Do not waste time reading them all, just pick one and code. It will be hard to finish in time as is.
