Interview
Two interviews - one more formal and another over the phone to ask remaining questions. The first one was with two individuals (HR, and someone who has the role I was interviewing for)
They sent homework question to pass before an initial interview which lasted around 30min. The homework questions asked about interest in the position, how to problem solve, work styles, etc.
I submitted an application online and was contacted quickly for a phone interview. The interview was a one on one phone call with a current Program Coordinator at Kaizen. I was only asked 3 questions. It was all very quick.
