Interview
Standard sales questions, sell me this pen. What have I sold before, why was I looking. Tell me about yourself. Interview was coordinated by the sales manager. They didn't really talk much about what they did as a company, which should have already been a red flag.

Interview
Initial phone screen purely information gathering by the part time admin for the company. Second step the owner called and the conversation was basic chit chat with a huge sales pitch and fist pumping like you were buying a used car from the guy. The call was approximately 20 minutes in which there was nothing technical and although he tries to came across as technical his technical knowledge is purely points from memory that he's picked up from a couple engineers which as time progressed you realize he just regurgitates things he'll promise to customers in order to make a sale then hang all staff out to dry when it's time to produce. Looking back at the interview process and seeing the staff that were filling seats on client sites the owner was doing just that " filling seats" to provide customers with a false sense of security. The short interview was a smoke and mirror show executed by a professional fluffer

Interview
The initial interview was over the phone with the director of sales. He asked standard interview questions like "tell me about yourself". The call was conversational we spoke for about 20 minutes. My second interview was with the account manager not too long after my first call. We spoke for 40 minutes about the job, opportunities and introducing ourselves. The third interview I gave a mock product presentation to the "client" (Director of sales and another employee) at the company headquarters. My last interview was with the CEO over the phone. He asked basic interview questions and others like "do you have any concerns about the company or position?". Overall, in my opinion everybody was professional and friendly. It seems like a good company for entry level professionals to grow in their career.
