There is none, they hire anyone thats asian and if you're not Goodluck. When you follow up they will say they never got the application if you are someone of color. Like mentioned before, owners are extremely racist. I have no idea how this business has been able to thrive.

Interview
Standard one on one interview with easy questions. Serving experience is a plus. It lasted about 15 minutes and my interviewer was easy to talk to. Just be likeable and you will do fine.
