Interview
My experience with TKWW began when I received a LinkedIn message from a recruiter. Scheduled the interview, went through it, got very positive feedback from the recruiter, and the recruiter mentioned that she was going to send an email with some details about the benefits package (which are great, btw) and when my next interview could potentially be scheduled. The recruiter emphasized that TKWW moves quickly and that the entire interview process could take less than 2 weeks; additionally, the recruiter mentioned that the position had been approved by execs, so the posting wasn’t going to disappear nor did the candidate have to worry about layoffs due it being an approved position of need. I sent over my times of availability and it’s been crickets for 2 weeks. I’d understand if I wasn’t selected to move on to the next round (after all, I’ve interviewed and been rejected several times before) but the misleading comments from the recruiter and the recruiter’s lack of response to my follow up emails was really disappointing. Sounded like a great job with great benefits, but the recruiting process was subpar.

6 interviews in total but went very fast (in approx 3-4 weeks you do all of them). You get to meet a lot of colleagues from the company (Engineering, Design, Directors, other Sr. Pms...)

I applied online, and i received an email from the HR to set up the first screening call. On the day of the call, no one turned up, then i received an email apologizing and asking to reschedule. I rescheduled and on the day of the interview, it was simply CANCELLED by the interviewer, with no message asking to reschedule or a follow-up email. Thats just disrespectful.

Interview
The interview process was great. I got to meet many different members on the team. They were all very friendly and asked great questions. It really seems like a great place to work with a very exciting culture. Talent Acquisition was also very helpful and engaged throughout the process.
