Went through 6 interviews over a period of 2 months just to be ghosted. Complete waste of time and lack of respect for my time. At the very least, they could have told me they chose another candidate.

The interview was a 4 step process starting with the recruiter for the role, the direct hiring manager, head of the department, and others from the team (group interview). Setting up the interviews had a quick turnaround and accommodating to your schedule.

Most questions were behavioral and revolved around how to handle situations that arise along with your perspective on certain processes.
