Interview
The first interview was with a recruiter which went great and I was moved on to the next stage which was supposed to be with Two Individuals, the day of the call there were Three people on the Zoom call. They asked normal interview questions and a few hard ones, that you have to really think about how to answer. In the last stage of the interview, you have to perform a Role Play following a script in which they act as potential prospects and add in objections you have to overcome. If you are not comfortable with this or don't do well, you can't move on to the next stage of the process. I did not get an overall good feeling from the hiring manager during the interview and declined to move on to the next stage.

What advice or coaching did I take from my previous manager that helped me reach my sales goals.
I believe it was a 3 stage interview. The interview starts with a basic screening. The most “difficult” part was a mock call with one of the hiring managers. Everything else was standard.

Interview
The first 2 people I spoke to talked so highly of me and one even said that he couldn't wait to work with me and there was no one better fit for the position. I get to the final round, my first with a female, and she was so rude and condensing to me. Said the complete opposite of the 2 interviews prior. She was super rude and full of herself.

recruiter reached out after a few days of submitting my resume. only made it to the first phase which was the phone screen. It took about a week to hear back that they moved forward with someone else but to check out career site.
