The Koman Group interview questions

I was called for an interview and showed up at the Property as promised. I was initially interviewed by the Property Manager and later on was interviewed by the Marketing Director. At the end of the interview they told me that they will let me know once they come to a decision. They called the next day and asked my salary requirements. After a week, I called their office to see to check if they are still in the process of the selection or if they are done. The one who picked up (Leasing Consultant then) asked the Property Manager and I was transferred to voicemail. Another week has passed and I tried to inquire about the interview. Same thing, transferred to voicemail. As a professional, I expect just a little courtesy for Clayton on the Park / The Koman Group to give a status of the interview whether by email or phone call. It doesn't take much to do this. The way you handle interviews says a lot on the high turnover of both employees and residents.
