A single interview consisting of six competency questions and one introductory question. Very friendly and professional.
I was taken aback to get a post-interview rejection via a template email - previously I've always been rejected after an interview via phone call or personalised email. It felt like a brush-off to get a template rejection, especially after putting a lot of time in.
However, the email did offer feedback on request, and I got some very thoughtful, detailed and helpful feedback from the hiring manager - I appreciated this a lot.
