Director read questions off a paper and then put me in classroom. I worked for several hours on this "working interview", only to later learn that I was only put in that room that day because they did not have enough staff to cover their ratios.

It’s a two-part interview. First, you meet with the interviewee to answer a few general questions, and if they think you might make a good fit, they’ll move you onto the next phase, which is a “working interview.”

How would you deal with a child hitting another child ?
Before meeting with the director, I was given with thick application with basic information to fill out plus, page length of scenarios to answer. The director was welcoming and friendly. She was open to take my availability into consideration.
