I applied online. I interviewed at The Liberty Hotel in Jan 2017
Interview
I came in to interview for Front Desk manager. Interviewer seemed professional yet distracted. Afterwards I went on the interview with the position right under him. He seemed young for his position and not the most experienced. He gave me his card and told me they would definitely be in contact with me. That never happened. I called twice and had to leave messages (he was never at the front office) and emailed once to follow up on the interview and politely ask for a status update after a couple of weeks. I NEVER heard anything back. If people are going to take the time, effort and expense to come in and interview for nearly two hours, please have the decency to return communication and apprise the candidate of the position status.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Liberty Hotel (Boston, MA) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview process consisted of interviewing with Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager 'vets' candidates by asking them questions that pertain to their interest in the position as well as their understanding of what the position entails. After meeting with Human Resources a candidate meets with the manager of the department that they are applying for. This serves as an opportunity for the candidate and the hotel to share as much information about the position as possible. The department manager will usually review the candidate credentials and explain the difficulties within their department. If this stage of the interview goes well, then the candidate will meet the General Manger, this final step usually serves as a welcome into the hotel.
