Interview
In a group interview at the gym, we were paired and had to demonstrate equipment as if we were speaking to children. We were assigned themes and had to tailor our demonstrations to them. We had a few minutes to plan and then present to the rest of the interviewees and interviewers. Fun, low-pressure. The interview was the length of a full class, so around 2 hours.

Question 1
Name, new year's resolution, why you want to work at the little gym, why you want to work with kids
It was a fun process that was fully reflective of the work environment, with out of the box questions. It felt stress free, and I received a call shortly after.

Interview
They brought us in for 3 interviews. The first was a job shadow with a group, then there was a 1-1 interview if they found us a good fit at the shadow, then they had a final round of interviews.
