HR team reached out to me for a screening call over microsoft teams. The job posting was for their headquarters in the Netherlands. However, The HR team told me this was a job located in Ardmore, PA. Interviewer complemented my experience, My resume and sales experience. as well as my experience working in customer facing roles. HR rep told me they would schedule an interview with a manager in the sector i'd be working in asap and to hold tight. The next day I was sent an automated rejected email with no explanation as to why I was rejected, no notes, no hints or suggestions. I honestly feel like this was a fake interview to make it seem like they were still busy during the holidays. I feel disrespected, insulted and frankly this was a waste of time. I cannot recommend interviewing with this company.
