Very straight to the point, interview with the vision. Unlike other companies endlessly testing with vastly academic problems by nature, here the problem was a clearly defined real world scenario with expectation of real world solution. Needless to say, entire process was fair. I personally have been highly impressed to the point I really enjoyed the whole process. Right from the interview you also get the idea you will be joining a fantastic group of people!
