The Manor Village Life Centers interview questions

Heard about the position through word of mouth. I applied and a day later, I had an interview booked the following week. Interviewer who was the Wellness Director at the time had approximately 4-5 pages of questions to answer, took about an hour and a half to complete interview. Pretty straight forward interview, questions asked mostly about previous experiences, how I handled conflict, my own skills, plus a few scenario questions.
