Interview
Had to take both a personality and cognitive test as part of the application process. Was notified I was selected for an interview and to provide times in the near term. Didn’t heard back for two weeks and then was asked whether I could meet for a screen in short order during a time that was outside of those blocks. Took another couple of days to get back to confirm. Interview took less than 20 minutes and consisted of asking whether I had any questions. Another instance of communicating through a recruitment system. Does not represent the company well.

Interview
I had a phone interview with HR within a day or two of submitting my application. It was a standard phone screen. Then I went in for an in-person interview a few days later with the manager who oversaw the position for which I had applied. It was...weird and very confusing. The manager was nice enough, but seemed very hurried, which was a bit uncomfortable. She looked at her watch multiple times during our relatively short interview. She didn't ask too many questions outside of going over my resume and asking why I was looking for a new job. I got the impression that they were just trying to fill a role and I somehow met the minimum requirements for said role.

Interview
It was a fairly straightforward, what you would expect interview. They did dive more deeply into strategy experience and ability to upsell additional services or an increased level of services.
