The Marlin Alliance interview questions

The interview process was pretty straight forward. They had a recruiter call me and ask some initial, pretty basic questions. I was then scheduled for my first interview. My first interview began with a description of the position, and some background information on the company. There were several pre-decided questions, followed up by a conversation about my experiences and how they would fit into the role. The next day, I received an offer letter, and began in the new position a couple of weeks later.
