1st stage - Phone call to informally go over experience and why you want the role 2nd stage - Face to face interview with your branch manage to go over the above, break the ice and demonstrate massage techniques - will ask questions about pressure etc. 3rd stage - If successful in above, you go onto a 5 day training week where one of the senior massage therapists will teach you the company's way of delivering massage as well as the add-ons they offer. They will also include live training where you have 2 days of massaging customers and staff members. On the 5th day you have an assessment to go over the basic massage techniques you learnt in the week.
