I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Medicines Company (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was a series of two on one interviews including one over lunch followed by a number of phone interviews with the people back in Parsippany. I thought it flushed out any red flags on both sides and was pleased with the outcome.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Medicines Company (Parsippany, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
I interviewed with the Human Strategy Recruiter over the phone. Next, I spoke with a manager from a different territory and another recently hired CSM. I then met with the hiring manager in person. I visited the home office and individually met with the Recruitment Coordinator, Director of Human Strategy, Human Strategy Recruiter, and Senior Director Change and Account Management. I finished interviewing with a phone interview with the National Vice President of Sales.
Through the entire interview process, everyone was very professional, supportive, and genuine.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Medicines Company (Manchester, England) in June 2015
Interview
2 stage interview with HR and senior exec. Met with the International HR manager who sold me the concept of The Medicines Co (really cool guy) and put me through to second interview saying that I was exactly what they were looking for. Second interview was with the VP Europe. Again, very cool guy but looking for something different from the HR exec. There was a need for current experience and contacts which I did not have and never claimed to have.
