Take-home exercise, interviews with the team, working session. Founder interviews were awesome, and the entire process is great, especially given how small the organisation was when I interviewed. There was a really fast turnaround and I loved the challenging interview questions.

How do you measure the performance of an AI-based system?

Interview
The interview was broken into 3 stages. An initial candidate interview, covering topics and functions of the role. The second stage required a portfolio presentation that focused on technical abilities and case studies regarding design and involvement in strategy, organization impact, and team culture. The final step leads to the offer, expectations, and next steps.

How can design be essential in establishing a vision and influencing strategy?
A pretty typical process with an initial screen and three face-to-face behavior-based interviews. There were no tricks or gotchya's and it really felt like the team wanted to get to know my approach more than anything.
