Consisted of Zoom call with about 7 members of team, inclusing supervisor and colleaguea. Met both in small groups and 1 on 1. Had about 10 to 15 minutes in each small grouping.

Called by researcher, phone interview, in person interview. I just met the lead researcher. I was called for a second interview by phone. There was no formal testing- I had the background to do the work, do the process was assessing fit.
