Applied via the online portal, which has a few glitches but HR were responsive and explained they were in the middle of moving to a new platform. The interview itself was fine, standard questions for the type of role. However, it took nearly a month to hear the decision on the post, despite being told I would hear within a week. I followed up with HR a couple of times and eventually heard I wasn’t successful. I asked for feedback, twice, and none was given.
