Made it to the third round interview. After that I was asked to do a writing sample. Did not get offered the job. In general, the people were very friendly. They questions were relevant to the job. I was asked to do a writing sample immediately after the second interview before there was any deliberation, but then was declined after the writing sample. I did wish that they had deliberated after the interview when I was not present, and then asked for the sample as a next final stage. As it was, it felt like they were asking for too much at once when they could have made a cut and saved time of the people they were interviewing, and likely their own time as well. I do think TNC is a good organization doing good things.
