When the concern was mentioned, the interviewers did not provide any safety guidelines or crisis management for their counselors; instead, they redirected the question back to the interviewee, citing it as an "incompatibility". Both of the interviewers are male, and as a female healthcare provider, their answers don't feel appropriate or safe, suggesting poor management and a lack of care for their employees.

The first interview is a group interview that lasted 2 hours long. There were four other people interviewing on the video chat call. Many other people were listening in who were there to decide if they wanted to follow up with a second interview.
