Interview

I interviewed with the manager of my department, then interviewed with the VP of advertising. Overall pretty laid back interviews. They look for experience first. I had a former boss that moved me into position and have been nothing but happy with my decision. Moved 3 times within company most was offered so no interview needed.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The News Tribune in Mar 2011

Interview

The interview was swift and quick because they needed someone right-away. I sat across the table answer a few questions…within ten minutes I was told by my interviewer that he had two more interviews schedule, but if I wanted the job, the job was mine. I accepted the offer and I have been there ever since.
