Applied online, had a great first 1 hour round (or at least I thought it was) with recruiter. She said that she will provide an update in a week but after 2-3 weeks of follow ups and 2 months of wait just offered a flat decline. It shows the company culture and lack of respect for applicants. Legacy firms like NWC should work on teaching their recruiting team some basic policies and ethics.

My positive impression of this company turned negative after my experience interviewing for this role. Poor interview experience from the hiring manager and hiring team around communication, expectations and timelines. Interview experience is asking open ended questions and giving no response as you try and pinpoint what they need in this unicorn role. Advise the HR team to work with the hiring manager to listen to external recruiters advice, as they have prevented multiple candidates away from this role. Candidates would be wise to read recent news on NWC before applying.
