My colleges referred me this opportunity.
Then the team leader emailed me and then asked for a onsite interview.
Took 30 mins, general interview question about the CV, and some behavior questions. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk.
It was not a typical job interview. There were no many questions asked, but rather it was l long presentation on research that was done in the lab. It seemed like they tried to sell the position to me.
Chat with the professor and other lab members. Informational interview, talk about their research and my background. Very interesting process, people were all nice and they treated me well. I really enjoyed my talk with them and ended up joining the lab.

Interview
A short ~20 minute phone interview first, then a zoom interview--one hour with the directors/associate directors, then another hour with the other research associates, then 30 minutes to complete a task.
