It was ok and straight forward. Decent questions and the interviewers were paying attention and listening. They asked good questions about my experience as a technician and about why I wanted to enter the hospital pharmacy world.

I heard back from HR within a week of submitting my application. They reached out to schedule an interview with HR, this interview just covered things like the job description, my experience/background, rate of pay, and a slight overview of some benefits. After this, it took a few days to hear back for HR to schedule a second interview with the pharmacy team. This interview was a bit more complex and took longer. During this interview they asked job-specific questions and scenario questions. After this it took about a week for HR to contact me in regards to a job offer.
