The interview was straightforward, mostly asking about availability and strengths/weaknesses. Nothing too crazy, they just want to see that you are outgoing and friendly since it is a front of house job

They sit you down and ask about experience, yourself as a person, and what your favorite dish in the menu is. They want you to be descriptive as possible. It’s also preferred if you have prior experience.
