The One Club interview questions

Had 3 interviews. Final interview with a member of upper management. I prepared a full presentation which required me to basically plan an entire conference. Never got a final decision after checking in a few times. Saw the job posting reposted a few months later. I think they are using their interview process to gather new ideas from presentations. Extremely bad form to require such a significant amount of outside work to be fully ghosted.

The interview was a very structured style interview. It lasted more than thirty minutes with more than ten total questions. The interview was held by few different internal employees. Additionally, the response time for next steps were lengthy.
