Called first for a phone interview, was not planned prior, they called unannounced. They called me the next day to set up an in-person interview. They wanted to see me same week but I could not go in that soon, so I set it up for the week after. Met with a manager and she asked me some pretty straightforward questions and I got the call the next day that I got the job.
